Registration for the 2025-26 TISCA swim season requires three steps:
 

1.  Complete the registration form.

It is REQUIRED that each team submit this form (including homeschool teams and individual homeschool athletes).  Teams should complete the form regardless of anticipated participation in the 2025 State Meet.

 

2.  Submit full team roster via (a) the registration form above or (b) the roster submission form below.

If your roster is finalized at the time of registration, you will submit it with the registration form in step 1. If your roster is NOT finalized at the time of registration, you may submit it separately from the registration form by using the roster submission form HERE. Please do not email or mail rosters.

Your submission of this form certifies that these swimmers attend your school and meet all TISCA eligibility requirements. If requested, you should be able to present reasonable verification of enrollment. You must submit the roster on or before the state meet entry deadline to be fully registered.

Rosters MUST be formatted as Spreadsheets (no docs, images, etc.). Please make sure your school/team name is on the roster AND in the file name (eg, centralhighroster.xlsx). 

For each athlete, the roster should include

  • first and last name,
  • gender,
  • and grade level (9, 10, 11, 12). 
  • Also indicate on the roster if a homeschool athlete

To download a spreadsheet from Team Manager follow these steps:

Reports> Administrative Reports> Athletes> Athlete Rosters> Export Report> Format> Microsoft Excel (not the data only file type please)>
Name the file with your team name  (eg, centralhighroster.xlsx)

 

3.  Submit payment to TISCA

Registration fee per team is $85 on or before October 31. The fee increases to $110 after November 1. No registrations or rosters will be accepted after the state meet entry deadline.

Print, complete, and mail the TISCA Registration Payment Form with your payment.

COMPLIANCE:  Be sure that ALL members of your coaching staff have completed the Tennessee-mandated safety courses in Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and CPR/AED. Courses must be completed every year. It is each team's/school's responsibility to maintain completion records for a period of three years.

  3. CPR & AED - Online Training Link ($10 in TN) - CPR/AED certification through Red Cross, American Heart Association, and similar organizations also accepted - requirement may also be satisfied through in-person training hosted by your school/district

Note: TISCA does NOT need copies of course-completion certificates. If requested, each team should be able to provide verification of completion of this training and athlete compliance.
